The Accomplishments of a 1951 Litton Alumnus
Claude Sharp Field Dedicated
The accomplishments of 1951 Litton alumnus, Claude Sharp, were recognized in the spring of 2004 when the baseball field at Harbor High School in Santa Cruz, CA was named in his honor. Known to those of the Harbor HS community as “Coach,” Sharp was an outstanding athlete at Isaac Litton High and was named to the Nashville Interscholastic League’s All-City football team in the l950 - 51 school year.

csphotoSharp retired from teaching and coaching for medical reasons and lived in Kerman, CA until, we learned with sadness, he died on July 11, 2004. Claude’s contributions to Harbor HS and its student athletes will be remembered by the sign which now graces Claude Sharp Field.
