The Isaac Litton Alumni Association, Inc., includes all graduates, former students and teachers of Litton. We are a nonprofit corporation filed with the Tennessee Secretary of State, as well as a federal tax-exempt organization under IRS Section 501(c)(3). Our board of directors consists of the officers and at-large board members (listed at right), all of whom perform their tasks without compensation. The board of directors is not a permanent-member group. Share your ideas by volunteering as a candidate for the Board by contacting Walton Brown, '54, at waltonlbrown@juno.com.

We want all alumni to stay aware of the Association's activities and have input into its objectives.

Annual events for all Litton alumni include the spring banquet and late summer picnic. Other Association efforts involve publishing a newsletter, maintaining the Litton Web site (http://www.isaaclittonhigh.com) and fund raising to renovate the Litton gym including a separate area for historical items and memorabilia of Isaac Litton High School.

Assimilation, maintenance, postage and distribution of alumni data is a costly endeavor. To help defray these expenses, the Board voted to establish membership dues of $5.00 a year per person. Payment of dues permits you to receive all issues of the Litton Blast and notices of ILAA activities.

The bulk of the funds from annual dues will pay for the printing of and postage for newsletters mailed to approximately 4,000 remaining alumni and former Litton students. We hope many will feel benevolent and contribute a little extra for these costs.
